Event Related T&Cs

• Please show your ID proof to the courier delivery person. (i.e. Aadhar Card / Election Card / Licence).

• Registration is mandatory for all garba players.

• Payment gateway shall charge Convenience fees as per their rules.

• Garba participant needs to attach PHOTO ID PROOF (govt. recognized) while filling the form.

• Access to the event ground will be strictly prohibited without the presentation of a valid Smart card issued.

• All entries to the venue are subject to event organizers discretion.

• The Smart card issued to a Garba participant is strictly for personal use and may not be sold or transferred to any other individual. Any violation will result in confiscation of the smart card and forfeiture of any refund, and a legal action will be initiated in such case.

• Participants must preserve their Smart card for all 9 days of the event. This should be produced whenever demanded by the organiser of the Event (“Organiser”) and the Organiser’s representatives. If an Smart card, or Ticket is lost, participants should notify a volunteer immediately. A replacement can be issued upon payment of the ticket’s original price. A hard copy of a valid ID is required for a duplicate ticket to be issued.

• The participant must present valid identification to the courier delivery personnel upon receipt of the delivery. 

• All Garba participants must adhere to the prescribed discipline and code of conduct while present on the event ground. Participants found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in inappropriate behavior, smoking/chewing tobacco on the garba ground will be reported to the law enforcement authorities immediately and will be taken out of the event. Their garba Smart card will be confiscated, and no refund will be issued. The management’s decision in such matters shall be final.

• Garba event timings shall be in accordance with the applicable government regulations and guidelines. 

• The decision of the Organizers shall be final in all matters of dispute or clarification. Jurisdiction for any legal disputes shall be limited to Jurisdiction of Vadodara Courts only.

• IMA NAVLI NAVRATRI GARBA MAHOTSAV– 2024, prohibits issuing a Smart card to participants who are below 12 years of age and those who provide incorrect birth dates. In case if any person below the age of 12 is found at the garba premises with the Smart card, legal actions will be initiated immediately against them.

• In the event of calamities, adverse weather conditions, fires, or other mishaps that necessitate changes to event schedules, partial or full cancellation of the festival, the amount paid is non-refundable. 

• IMA NAVLI NAVRATRI GARBA MAHOTSAV– 2024 and its affiliates, as well as the event organizers, disclaim any liability for injury, damage, or loss sustained by participants, invitees, attendants, or viewers. This includes, but is not limited to, harm resulting from disruptions, stampedes, civil commotions (including riots), or natural events such as rain, fire, or earthquakes, whether caused by individual disputes or other unforeseen circumstances.

• For Male: Traditional Garba dress is preferred and wearing a long kurta is a must.

• For Female: Traditional Garba dress is preferred and wearing a Chaniya Choli is a must.
