Q:6 How will I get my player's pass?
Your pass will be delivered via courier to the address you provided in the registration form (applicable only within Vadodara city limits).
Q:7 Where and when can I collect my pass if I choose the Cash on Collection option?
You can collect your pass from Dr. B. M. Shah IMA House, Salatwada, Vadodara, between 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
Q: 7 Is "Cash on Delivery" available as a payment option?
No, there is no cash on delivery option available on our website.
Q:8 If you do not receive your receipt after registration, how can you obtain a copy of your payment receipt?
Upon registration, you will receive a pop-up with your receipt, which you can instantly download or save. In the event of technical issues, you can access your receipt via the “My Receipt Portal” after 24 hours of registration.
