Terms and Condition

  1. If you are not a resident of Gujarat and do not have a local contact address, you can retrieve your pass at the Indian Medical Association, Vadodara venue between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the day preceding the Garba event commencement (i.e., starting from October 14, 2023). If a relative or friend is collecting the pass on your behalf, they must present their ID proof along with the participant’s receipt.
  2. Kindly ensure that you upload a correctly sized “PASSPORT SIZE” photo; applications lacking this will not be considered.
  3. For pass or receipt-related inquiries, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] or call us at 99987 16885 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

* Note: Passes will be delivered through courier only within Vadodara city.

  1.  Please show your ID proof to the courier delivery person. (I.e. Aadhar Card / Election Card / License).
  2. Garba participant needs to attach PHOTO ID PROOF (govt. recognized) while filling the form.
  3. If applicant is below 10 years of age and wrong birth date is provided, Indian Medical Association, Vadodara will not be responsible to provide Player Pass for such false/wrong submission and no refund will be given.
  4. Participants below 16 years of age have to provide their father’s photo identity.
  5. Non-resident Indian (NRI) or applicants residing outside Baroda can authorize their relatives or friends within Vadodara to accept the courier delivery of the Player Pass on their behalf. This authorization should include the presentation of the applicant’s ID proof and the authorized person’s ID proof.
  6. Indian Medical Association, Vadodara disclaims any responsibility for damage or injury, whether to participants, invitees, attendants, or viewers, resulting from incidents including but not limited to stampedes, disruptions, civil commotions (riots) arising from individual quarrels or disputes, as well as natural events like rain, fire, earthquakes, and similar occurrences.
  7. Every Garba participant is required to complete the registration process and wear the Player Pass visibly around their neck during the event.
  8. Traditional Garba attire (Kurta Pajama or Dhoti) is mandatory.
  9. Garba participants must maintain discipline and code of conduct at the ground.
  10. Player in the Garba event must be prepared to present their Player Pass upon request by the organizers, volunteers, or security personnel.
  11. Individuals discovered under the influence of alcohol or drugs, engaging in disruptive behavior, will be promptly handed over to law enforcement. Their Player Passs will be confiscated, and no refunds will be issued. The management’s decision in this matter will be conclusive.
  12. The Player pass is intended for the personal use of the Garba participant and is strictly non-transferable. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to the confiscation of the smart card without any possibility of a refund.
  13. In case of any calamities / rains / fire or other mishaps and legal hurdles, which may cause change of time, cancellation or part cancellation of the festival, the amount is non-refundable.
  14. The Garba event timings will adhere to the government’s rules and regulations.
  15. In case of any disputes or inquiries, Indian Medical Association, Vadodara’s decision will be considered final. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara.
  16. Preserve your Player Pass carefully.
  17. The payment gateway will levy convenience fees in accordance with their established rules.
  18. Duplicate smart cards may be discovered, and if any are identified on the premises, the Organizer will take stringent action.
